Hearing Voices Peer Support Group
For people who have previously or currently hear voices, see visions or experience other sensory perceptions.
A safe space for individuals to talk freely about their experiences of hearing voices, seeing visions, and other sensory experiences, and gain support from peers through a Peer Support Group. The Hearing Voices Peer Support Group runs monthly on a Saturday, and can be found on our Social Saturday Calendar here.
Should you wish to have a one-to-one support, you can book a space to chat with a member of our staff here.
Voice Hearing from a Voice Hearer’s Perspective
“I am also a proud voice hearer and I hear voices every day.
For a long time during my adult life, it seemed I was solely a voice hearer living in the shadows of society.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Can anyone attend a Hearing Voices Peer Support Group?
Our group is open to anyone who has previously or currently hears voices, sees visions, or experiences other sensory perceptions. If this is not part of your story, unfortunately this is not an appropriate space for you to attend, but you are welcome to attend another Social Saturday activity.
Do I need to let you know if I am attending?
Our capacity in the group is limited, so you can let us know you are coming by booking a space here or by letting a member of staff know you intend to come in by phone on 087-1085134, or if you are in for a one-to-one you can let us know then as well!
